Our policy is to deliver value for money following the guidance and best practice that governs public procurement policy.

Framework Agreements

Wherever possible we use public sector framework agreements such as those let by Crown Commercial Services. These agreements offer a wide range of products and services which have been procured in line with best practice and are fully compliant with public procurement regulations.

Quotations/Tenders

In instances where there is no suitable Framework agreement, we will take the following approach:

Below £5k Budget holder required to demonstrate value for money
Below £10k Budget holder required to seek minimum 3 quotes
£10k plus Advertise on Contracts Finder
EU Threshold Advertise both in Contracts Finder and Find a Tender
